A high protein fudge shake with the goodness of hemp seeds, goat milk and rich cacao powder.
Ingredients
- 1 container Vanilla Goat Milk Yogurt
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup shelled hemp seed/hemp hearts
- 2 tablespoons coconut nectar or honey or agave nectar
Add all ingredients to the bowl of your food processor or high-powered blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Give it a light shake before consuming.
