A cool treat on a Fall day – everything you love about Pumpkin Spice Lattes with a goat cheese twist!
Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
- 2 tablespoons Happy Days Dairies Plain Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 10 ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the jug of your blender in the order listed. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve!
