Goat Cheese and Chorizo Pizza

Serves 1-2
- 1 pre-baked Flatbread (5"x9")
- 1/2 C. Pizza sauce
- 3/4 C. Arugula
- 1 Chorizo Sausage, cooked and sliced
- 250 g soft Okanagan Goat Cheese (Parsley and Garlic flavoured)
Preheat oven to 450
Spread the pizza sauce on the flatbread. Add the Arugula, then Chorizo, then Goat Cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese gets melty and starts to brown.
