Happy Days produces a wide selection of 100% Canadian goat milk products with the utmost care and attention given to quality control. Our product line-up includes a wide variety of delicious goat cheese products, yogurt products, and the ever popular powdered and fluid goat milk. All products are guarateed hormone and antibiotic free, with multiple tests conducted on each batch. Our products are available directly from our eStore, with most products shipped anywhere in Canada and the USA and across Western Canada (Manitoba to British Columbia) in all major grocery stores. Our Cheese Family:
We produce a wide variety of goat cheese products with knowledge and pride in all three of our facilities. Our flagship product is the award winning soft unripened Okanagan Goat Cheese that is available in several flavours, including: Plain, Garlic and Parsley, Lemon Pepper, and Olive Oil and Rosemary. In 2009 Happy Days won 1st place at the PNE and the Royal Toronto cheese competitions, and 5th place at the Cheese World Championship in 2008. Prizes and awards for this soft unripened goat cheese go back to 1995. The soft unripened Okanagan goat cheese and goat milk feta are available as a convienent and ready to use cheese crumbles. Other goat cheese products include: goat milk feta cheese bricks, goat milk cheddar cheese, goat milk mozzarella cheese, and a spreadable soft goat cheese. A favourite of ours is the marinated cheese balls, in herbs and oil, these scrumptious bites are a connoisseur's delight and perfect for entertaining. The only product with cow's milk is our Snowgoat cheese, a half goat and half cow milk soft cheese log.
Our Milk Family:
Fluid goat milk tastes delicious and is slightly sweeter than cows milk. There are many differences between goats milk and cows milk, like the colour for example and the nutritional profile. To enjoy goats milk at its best, serve it very cold, and never let it reach room temperature. Goats milk is very sensitive.
Happy Days offers 100% pure fluid Whole Goat Milk in both the 2 L and 1 L size as well as Skim Goat Milk in the 1 L size. Happy Days whole goat milk powder and skim goat milk powder are a customer favourite. Perfect for baking, breakfast or sports protein shakes, traveling, emergency food storage and for those living in remote or rural areas. Goat milk powder is great to have on hand if you just happen to run out of milk and it is very popular with parents travelling overseas to feed to their children. To combine just add 1 cup of warm water to 3 Tbsp of goat milk powder and let it sit for a while to dissolve, stirring occassionally. 1 kg of goat milk powder makes 8 L of fluid goat milk.

Our Yogurt Family:
Over the years we have slowly expanded our yogurt product line. Our goat milk yogurt is available in plain, strawberry or vanilla (both of course with natural flavor) and we use the highly beneficial bacteria acidophilus and bifidus. Yogurt, especially if used with these probiotic live bacteria, has tremendous positive influence on the digestive track. It is advisable that people who are on medication, especially antibiotics, consume yogurt to support their digestive system. We only use agar as a thickener, which is an ingredient derived from seaweed. Nothing artificial inside!
Our newest yogurt product is a probiotic drink available in vanilla or plain, that contains three different probiotic live bacteria cultures (acidophilus, bifidus, and L. Casei). We do not add any agar, which leaves the product liquidy and easy to drink.
We are proud to be the first dairy offering a goat milk kefir. It comes in a plain and blueberry version. Kefir is a natural effervescence, producing gas; that's why we package it into a PET bottle. Shake gently before opening. Kefir is a world champion health product. There are many health benefits and Just one tablespoon provides billions of live microrganisms. Kefir is called the drink of the centenarians.
